Illegal drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.
The use of glitter, confetti and smoke machines is strictly prohibited.
No nails, screws, or staples should be used on our walls, flooring or anywhere else on the property.
No open fire is allowed on the property.
It is expected that guests leave the space in the same condition they found it in.
Moving of furniture is allowed, but please put it back in its respective place during break down.
Setup and breakdown must be factored into your contracted time. The space must be vacated by the end time of your booking.
