General Questions

What is your address?

4161 Roswell Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342. We are conveniently located off of Roswell Road in North Buckhead. Only a 3-minute drive away from Chastain Park and within walking distance of the Blue Heron Nature Preserve.

What are your hours?

Our hours of operation are 8am to 6pm. The latest session start time is 4pm. Keep in mind that a previously confirmed booking is required in order to use our studio space. Walk-in reservations are not available. To check availability and place a reservation, visit our booking page.

Is parking available?

15 parking spaces are available on site (total front and rear parking).

How do I create an account?

You will create your own password-protected account when you place your first booking. After you have selected an available date and session start time, you will fill out the "New Customer" form located on the check out screen. There, you will enter in your desired email and password.

Note If you have previously rented equipment through Aperturent.com, you already have an account! Use the same login information for a quicker checkout process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note we do not accept cash, checks, virtual, reloadable or pre-paid cards (e.g., Venmo and Cash App cards).

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your session start time and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours prior to the session start time are not elegible for a refund.

Can I extend my booking?

If you need to extend your session, please contact us as overtime is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate extension requests, however if another session is already booked after your designated ending time we will not be able to do so. The rate for additional time is $100 $80 per hour.

Can I see the space before I book it?

We do offer tours of the space Monday through Friday by appointment. Visit our Tour Request page to schedule an appointment.


Studio Information & Rules

General Rules

  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property. This includes e-cigarettes.
  • Illegal drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.
  • The use of glitter, confetti and smoke machines is strictly prohibited.
  • No nails, screws, or staples should be used on our walls, flooring or anywhere else on the property.
  • No open fire is allowed on the property.
  • It is expected that guests leave the space in the same condition they found it in.
  • Moving of furniture is allowed, but please put it back in its respective place during break down.
  • Setup and breakdown must be factored into your contracted time. The space must be vacated by the end time of your booking.

Is any equipment included?

Your studio space booking includes access to our space, as well as the following support items:

  • (1) Fully set up backdrop station with two C-stands and a crossbar.
  • (7) Seamless paper rolls: white, black, stone gray, light blue, deep yellow, crimson & green.

  • (2) Godox AD400Pro Strobes.
  • (2) Aputure 200x Constant Lights.
  • (2) 35" Light Modifiers (Aputure Light Dome II).
  • (3) PocketWizard Wireless Triggers.
  • (2) 13' Air-Cushioned Light Stands.
  • (2) C-Stands.
  • (4) Sandbags (15 lb).

Can studio furniture be moved?

Moving of furniture is allowed in order to customize the space for your session. We do ask that any furniture that is moved is put back in its original place during break down.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Your booking fee includes basic cleaning of the space. We do ask that you use the supplied trash cans and that you remove all of your belongings once you are done with your session. Disposal of large amounts of garbage, or any damage to our walls or furniture will result in additional charges after your session.
