Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your studio membership. By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to the following:

  1. Billing & Cancellation: Memberships are billed monthly on the date of signup. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your membership benefits through that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or early cancellation.
  2. Included Hours & Overage: Each membership plan includes a predetermined number of studio hours per month as follows: Essentials includes 4 hours with additional hours billed at $70/hour; Creator includes 10 hours with additional hours billed at $65/hour; and Pro includes 20 hours with additional hours billed at $60/hour. If a member exceeds the allotted hours within a billing cycle, any additional time will be billed at the applicable discounted hourly rate for their plan. In the event that a booked session extends beyond the scheduled end time, any overtime will first be deducted from the remaining included hours. If no hours remain, the excess time will be billed accordingly. Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
  3. Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
  4. Booking & Access: Booking is done through your online account, using store credit equivalent to your included hours. Members are not subject to the standard 2-hour booking minimum; the minimum booking length for members is one hour, as outlined in the Booking Increments clause.
  5. Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, split, or used to book sessions on behalf of others. All bookings must be made by and for the registered member.
  6. Booking Increments: Studio time may be booked in 1-hour increments unless otherwise specified. All scheduled time is rounded up to the next full increment.
  7. Event Use Restrictions: Memberships are intended for photo and video production use only. They may not be used to host events, parties, or gatherings. Event bookings must be made at the non-member hourly rate and are subject to additional terms and approval.
  8. Studio Rules & Rental Terms: All bookings made under a membership are also subject to the full terms of our Rental Agreement. Members are expected to follow the same usage policies, conduct guidelines, and responsibilities as non-members while using the space.
  9. Agreement Acceptance: By clicking the “Complete Sign Up” button or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement and authorize recurring monthly billing.
