Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll continue to have full access to your membership benefits through the rest of the month when you cancel.

What happens if I go over my included hours?

You’ll just pay the discounted hourly rate listed in your plan for any additional time.

Do hours roll over?

Unused hours expire at the end of each month. You can always upgrade or downgrade your plan as needed. Plan changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do I book time as a member?

You’ll use the same booking process as usual. Once you log into your account, you will see available store credit to cover the amount of hours under your plan. Apply those credits when booking.

Can I use my membership to host events or parties?

Memberships are intended for photo and video production only. If you’re planning to host a small event, gathering, or party, please book at our standard hourly event rate. Event rentals include additional considerations and require prior approval.
